General Software Company LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, operates the bumpit.ai platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.

Google Ads Data (via Google Ads API)

When you connect your Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0, we access the following data through the Google Ads API:

  • Account information: Google Ads customer ID, account name, and account settings
  • Campaign data: Campaign names, statuses, budgets, bid strategies, start/end dates, and advertising channel types
  • Ad group data: Ad group names, statuses, targeting settings, and bid amounts
  • Ad creative data: Ad headlines, descriptions, display URLs, and ad formats
  • Keyword data: Keywords, match types, and quality scores
  • Performance metrics: Impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion values, click-through rates, and other performance indicators

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
  • Cookies and similar technologies: See our Cookie Policy

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Analyze your Google Ads campaigns and generate AI-powered recommendations specific to your account
  • Display campaign performance on your personal dashboard
  • Manage your campaigns (pause, enable, adjust budgets) at your direction
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Send you transactional emails (e.g., OTP codes, account alerts)
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support
  • Monitor usage and detect fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

bumpit.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In accordance with these requirements:

  • We limit the use of Google user data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the bumpit.ai user interface.
  • We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising, ad serving, retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising.
  • We do not transfer or sell Google user data to data brokers, information resellers, or any party for purposes unrelated to the bumpit.ai service.
  • We do not use Google user data for surveillance purposes.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless (a) you have given affirmative consent for specific data, (b) it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or (c) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. AI analysis is performed exclusively on your own data to generate recommendations for your campaigns only.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or your Google Ads data. We may share information with:

  • AI processing providers: Your Google Ads data may be sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for the sole purpose of generating campaign analysis and recommendations for your account. This data is not used to train AI models.
  • Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting) — these providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
  • Google: To access and manage your Google Ads account as authorized by you via the Google Ads API.
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption in transit: All data transfers use TLS/SSL encryption (minimum 128-bit).
  • Encryption at rest:Database storage is encrypted at rest via Supabase's infrastructure.
  • Row-Level Security: Database access controls ensure users can only access their own data.
  • Token security: OAuth refresh tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the client browser.
  • Access controls: Administrative access to systems is restricted and logged.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

  • Google Ads data: Synced campaign data and performance metrics are retained while your Google Ads account is connected. When you disconnect your account, we stop syncing new data. Previously synced data is retained until you request deletion or delete your bumpit.ai account.
  • Account deletion: When you delete your bumpit.ai account, all associated data — including Google Ads data, tokens, campaign records, and performance metrics — is permanently deleted from our systems.
  • Data deletion requests: You may request deletion of your Google Ads data without deleting your bumpit.ai account by contacting us at privacy@bumpit.ai.

7. Revoking Google Ads Access

You can revoke bumpit.ai's access to your Google Ads data at any time:

  • From bumpit.ai:Go to Dashboard → Settings and disconnect your Google Ads account.
  • From Google: Visit Google Account Permissions and remove bumpit.ai's access.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date.
