Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bumpit.ai platform ("Service"), operated by General Software Company LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using bumpit.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Description of Service

bumpit.ai provides AI-powered Google Ads management tools, including campaign analysis, bid optimization, ad copy generation, and performance dashboards. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Ads and uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, threatening, or objectionable content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Google Ads Integration

By connecting your Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0, you authorize us to access and manage your campaigns on your behalf through the Google Ads API. You remain solely responsible for your Google Ads account, ad spend, and compliance with Google's advertising policies.

Our use of Google Ads API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Google API Services Usage Disclosure for details.

You may revoke bumpit.ai's access to your Google Ads account at any time through the Service settings or through your Google Account Permissions.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • All data transfers use TLS/SSL encryption (minimum 128-bit)
  • Database storage is encrypted at rest
  • Row-level security controls ensure users can only access their own data
  • OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to client browsers

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, ad copy, and campaign strategies. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or applied to your campaigns.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by General Software Company LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING AD PERFORMANCE, RETURN ON AD SPEND, OR CAMPAIGN RESULTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENERAL SOFTWARE COMPANY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless General Software Company LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
