This SMS Policy describes how General Software Company LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, uses SMS (Short Message Service) and text messaging in connection with the bumpit.ai platform ("Service").
1. SMS Communications
We may send SMS messages to your mobile phone number for the following purposes:
- Authentication: One-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification and sign-in
- Account alerts: Security notifications such as unusual sign-in activity
- Campaign alerts: Critical notifications about your Google Ads campaigns (e.g., budget thresholds, paused campaigns)
- Service updates: Important changes to the Service that may affect your account
2. Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from bumpit.ai. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. You can use the Service with email-only authentication.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Authentication messages are sent only when you initiate a sign-in or verification request. Campaign alerts are sent only for critical events you have opted into.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.
5. Opting Out
You can opt out of non-essential SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from bumpit.ai
- Updating your notification preferences in your account settings
- Contacting us at support@bumpit.ai
Note: You cannot opt out of authentication OTP messages while using phone-based sign-in. To stop receiving OTP messages, switch to email-based authentication in your account settings.
6. Help
For help with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message from bumpit.ai or contact us at support@bumpit.ai.
7. Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carrier availability may vary for international numbers.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for Service-related communications.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
